Five Towns College Performing Arts Center
The Five Towns Higher Performing Arts Heart (FTC PAC) is dedicated to providing summit-notch concerts, shows and productions. Students perform a broad range of performances, including music concerts of all genres, film/video presentations, and Principal Phase theatrical shows, musicals, and dramas.

Pippin, the 1972 musical, music and lyrics written by Stephen Schwartz and book by Roger Hirson, and choreographed by Bob Fosse, tells the story of a mysterious performing troupe, lead by the Leading Player, every bit they reenact the story of the Medieval character Pippin and his begetter, Charlemagne. The musical, known for its spectacular choreography and upbeat songs, is a rousing and energetic musical for all to enjoy!

Sweat, by Lynn Nottage, was the winner of the 2017 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, as well as nominated for the 2017 Drama Desk Award and 3 Tony Accolade Nominations. The drama deals with a factory town in Reading, Pennsylvania which struggles through poverty and the meaning of life. Directed by Role player and Director Lisa Strum.

Directed past Theatre Chair Dr. David Krasner and presented in the Studio Theater. Express seating available!

Many of the songs went on to go peak chart hits. Directed past Joe Baros, Artistic Director of the Theatre Befouled in NYC and other off-Broadway musicals.

On Friday, May 28, four professional person-level FTC Jazz groups volition feature selections ranging from Chick Corea to Hoagy Carmichael to Jaco Pastorius. These performances will be video recorded, and later featured in online presentations throughout the summer. We are very proud of their extraordinary musicianship. The groups performing will be:

Glengarry Glen Ross tells the story of four salesmen trying to brand coin, sell properties, and keep their jobs. Their supervisor, Williamson, tells them about a contest beingness put on by their bosses, Mitch and Murray.
